Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the difference is prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly search limit?
Once you reach your plan limit, additional requests return a 402 status code. You can upgrade your plan immediately to continue, or wait until the next billing period when your quota is restored.
Do you offer refunds?
When subscribing, you agree to immediate access to the service and waive your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period). Once you have performed a search, refunds are no longer possible. You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans give you Save up to 50% compared to monthly billing. The full yearly amount is charged at the start of each billing year. You can switch plans at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, and more. Choose your preferred method during checkout.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plans run for 12 months and can be canceled before renewal. You always retain access until the end of your paid period.
